Outside the office, he enjoys skiing, hiking, and camping, embracing the outdoors. He is a proud husband to his wife, Sara Joski, and father of three active daughters.

Her strong organization and attention to detail enable the agency to run smoothly. Married to Andrew and a mother of three, Sara enjoys spending time outdoors, especially skiing, camping, and hiking with her family.

As the creative force behind our social media, Chelsea uses her artistic talent to enhance our online presence. Her design skills help connect with clients and showcase the company’s brand. Wife to Jeffrey Joski and mother of three girls, she balances family life with her passions for design, skiing, and travel.

She’s passionate about helping clients find coverage that fits their needs and takes the time to ensure they understand how their benefits work. Known for her organization and attention to detail, Jennifer brings care and clarity to every client interaction. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her husband and two children.
With 8 years of customer service experience and expertise in Your Health Idaho, Carrie helps clients find the best solutions and supports agents through complex issues. Known for making the tricky feel simple, she brings transparency and care to every interaction. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as binge-watching sitcoms and Gordon Ramsay shows on Hulu.
With several years of experience in the dental field and customer service, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, welcoming presence to everything she does. She’s passionate about helping people understand their options and feel confident in their decisions—always with a smile.
